Very Simple Chicken Preparation

Everyone likes to cook chicken in different manner. Here we give you the excellent recipe that an be prepared in an easy way.

Ingredients:
  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Onions -2
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder – ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder Roasted - ¼ tsp
  • Tomato puree – ¼ tsp
  • Cashew nuts – 154 (soaked in water or milk and grind a fine a paste)
  • Fresh curry leaves – 1 spring
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 2 tps
Method to be prepared:


Heat the oil in the low flame and add all the chopped onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Now add all the ginger garlic paste and sauté fro 3 minutes. Add and wash all the drained chicken and cook with high heat of about 4 minutes. Now in this reduce the chicken for 5 minutes. Add red chilly powder, Turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix well.

Place a lid and cook in low flame for 8 minutes. Add the tomato puree and mix well and cook for 3 minutes. Add some salt and then close the lid and wait for 20 minutes. Now in this mixture add garam masala, cashew nut paste, and curry leaves. Turn off the heat and remove with desired consistency. Serve this mixture with rice or roti.
