Prawns are rich in protein, low in fat with omega 3 fatty acids and iron. These healthy nutritious dried prawns can be prepared at home in an easy way.
Ingredients:
- Dried prawns – 100gms
- Onions – 2
- Saffron – ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder – 1 ½ tsp
- Cumin powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Tomato – 2
- Oil – 2 tsp
Soak all the dried prawns in water for about 40 minutes. Now add all the prawns inside a hot kadai and them fry them well until it becomes golden brown. Now you can remove the pan and keep the dried prawn fry aside. Now you add all the ingredients in the kadai and sate for 5 minutes add the prawns and mix well gently. Serve with chapatti and puri.
